Terms of Return
You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order, if they are defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We do not accept returns for items that are personalised or custom-made unless they are defective or damaged. (However if items are damaged during shipment, Custom Gifts & Aromas will not be liable for third-party mishandling)
State of Return
The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, in it's original packaging, and proof of purchase.
